Return and Refund

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you received, we happily accepted returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition.

1. Please email us when you need to return your items.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office. 

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions. 

RETURN CONDITIONS 

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can contact us anytime within those 30 days of receipt. 

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned item(s) that are worn, damaged, washed altered in any way. 

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels. Ensure that al articles in the package are intact.

2. You can return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses. 

NOTICE: ITEM(S) MUST NOT BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE YOU RECEIVED. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN CENTRE ADDRESS.
