SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping Price is not included in the item price and will be calculated at checkout. Standard International Shipping is set at $10. Shipping becomes free of charge if $30 or more is spent. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS 

In case of address change please talk to our online support at your earliest or send us an email at ksstore132@gmail.com. Please bear in mind that we are unable to promise address change deliveries within our promised times if address change request came after the order is shipped out. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES 

Standard Shipping & Delivery Times 

Delivery Time = 2-3 Days (Processing Time) + Carrier Time (5-10) Days 

We have a strict quality control and it may take generally 2-3 working days as processing time after receiving the confirmed payment. 

In case of out of stock issue, the shipping can get delayed more the 4-5 days due to time taken to communicate with buyers and getting replacement confirmation. 

TRACKING 

After the order is shipped out, customers will get an email notification with tracking information. Sometimes the shipping carrier may take 1-2 days to update tracking status, so please check back after 24-48 hours. 

Our shipping team follow each and every order and constantly update customer of their shipping status. 

We try our best to have all orders delivered within 10-20 days after confirmed payment received, please bare in mind that replacements may take more than usual delivery times due to the process it takes to communicate with customers and getting their confirmation of replacements OR change of items.
